I am excited to start our journey together and have compiled some critical client info below. Please take time to review, and always reach out if you have any questions.



We are open from 10am - 5pm GMT, Monday - Friday.

Though always available for emergencies on nights, weekends and bank holidays, I generally do not respond to emails during those times.

If your question is urgent, please send a text message.


In general, email is the preferred form of communication. You can expect an email response within 48 hours, but typically much sooner!

I am also available by text during business hours and outside office hours for emergencies. 

Most standard MarComms plans include one monthly phone call, but I am often available for additional pre-arranged phone calls. Just send me an email, and we'll work out a time that is convenient for the both of us.


Generally, I am still available when I travel, and your social posts will be scheduled in advance. If I am on an international trip/tech-free holiday, you will be assigned a temporary account manager, whom I will introduce you to at least 5 days in advance.



Monthly plans are invoiced on the service start date (unless confirmed otherwise). 

Invoices will be sent via email as an attachment alongside your report.
